Originally Colmore Plaza, the purchase of what became The Colmore Building was at the time one of the largest single asset regional deals of 2015. With the advancing construction of HS2 and a number of high-profile corporate relocations from London to the city, all eyes were on Birmingham. We captured the zeitgeist perfectly, introducing a best-in-class office space that on release to the market was swiftly fully-let.

Purchased 40% vacant in 2015, The Colmore Building demonstrates the success of our asset strategy; carrying out a £3.5million rebranding and enhancement programme to make it one of the leading office spaces in Birmingham.

Offering unrivalled amenities, works included expanding the co-working operation, adding a 6,000 sq ft gym, café, GP room, installing best-in-class end of trip facilities and a remodelled reception. It was the first building outside of London to achieve a Platinum WiredScore and won the BCO 2017 ‘Innovation’ Award for the Midlands region.
