With the advancing construction of HS2 and a number of high-profile corporate relocations from London to the city, all eyes were on Birmingham. We captured the zeitgeist perfectly, introducing a best-in-class office space that on release to the market was swiftly fully-let.

Offering unrivalled amenities, works included expanding the co-working operation, adding a 6,000 sq ft gym, café, GP room, installing best-in-class end of trip facilities and a remodelled reception. It was the first building outside of London to achieve a Platinum WiredScore and won the BCO 2017 ‘Innovation’ Award for the Midlands region.
