Around 80 agents, local business people, project consultants and representatives of local organisation attended a launch event to celebrate the completion of the enhancement works at The Colmore Building in Birmingham, formerly known as Colmore Plaza.
AshbyCapital initiated a 3.5million enhancement programme in early 2016. The rebranded building now includes an enlarged and refurbished reception, an onsite coffee house, gym, treatment rooms, luxury changing rooms and facilities for cyclists including bicycle parking and a drying room.
