Our debt platform was established in 2023 and is led by Charles-Etienne Lawrence, our Investment Director. We see opportunities to provide both senior and mezzanine loans across a range of maturities on behalf of our group company. Whether it be to fund development, support value-add business plans or top-up capital structures, we focus on best-in-class properties backed by experienced operators and sponsors.
