We are proud to share that Maslow's Kensington has been recognised at the 2026-27 United Kingdom Property Awards, winning in the Mixed Use Interior category for London.
Designed by Mehrai Design, Maslow's Kensington was conceived as London's newest members' house, combining beautifully designed workspace with wellness, hospitality and spaces that foster connection and community. The award is a welcome recognition of the thoughtful design and experience at the heart of the project, which was conceived as a members' house where people can work, connect and recharge.
We’d like to thank everyone who contributed to bringing Maslow's Kensington to life, and look forward to the next stage of judging, where Maslow’s Kensington has the opportunity to achieve Five-Star status and compete at an international level.
