AshbyCapital has promoted Charles-Etienne Lawrence to Investment Director and Lucy Arthur to Head of Asset Marketing.
Lawrence’s joined the company in 2013, following previous experience at JER Partners and in the real estate finance and advisory teams at both HSBC and RBS, He will take particular responsibility for Ashby’s commercial and financial activity.
Arthur will join the executive team and focus on marketing and communications, tenant relations, and customer experience across Ashby’s portfolio, including managing the company’s market-leading wellness offer for its tenants.
