Law firm BDB Pitmans has agreed a ten year lease at One Bartholomew in the City. It will occupy two floors, totalling 38,156 sq ft of office space.
The agreement was made with landlord AshbyCapital and developer Helical. One Bartholomew has a total of 221,000 sq ft spread across 12 floors. It is part of Barts Square, a three-acre mixed-use development.
Gerald Kaye, chief executive at Helical, said: “We continue to see strong occupational demand for great assets and this letting is another example of a business heading east to Barts Square, attracted by its strong transport links and fantastic public realm.”
