AshbyCapital, the property investment advisory company, has appointed Mark Caldwell as Senior Property Manager to help oversee the company’s growing portfolio.

Mark joins AshbyCapital from Derwent London, with almost ten years of commercial real estate experience. At Derwent, Mark was responsible for day-to-day property management of a number of buildings, including White Collar Factory, 1 Oliver’s Yard and Henry Wood House, in addition to working on the rollout of portfolio-wide initiatives including WiredScore adoption and smart buildings.

Before this, Mark worked for CBRE in its Asset Services Big Buildings team, having graduated from the University of Auckland, New Zealand with a degree in Property Management in 2012. Mark is also a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

AshbyCapital stands out because of its forward-thinking approach to property and asset management, with a small team and culture that attracted me. With plenty of scope to get involved with a variety of exciting projects, I can’t wait to get started.
