The Future Works, AshbyCapital and U+I’s landmark office development in central Slough, has been crowned ‘In-town Office of the Year’ at the Thames Valley Property Awards 2019.

Hosted at Ascot Racecourse on Thursday 2nd May, Jon Cochrane, Asset Manager at AshbyCapital and Ben Cartwright, Senior Development Manager at U+I, picked up the trophy from TV presenter and former England rugby international Martin Bayfield.

In the heart of the Thames Valley, The Future Works forms the centrepiece of a new commercial quarter for Slough.  The first phase of the development launched in June 2018 and provides 100,000 sq ft of Grade A office space.

With two roof terraces, a café and improved public spaces, The Future Works has created a new benchmark for office accommodation in Slough and the wider Thames Valley, with unrivalled amenities and communal facilities.
