We are delighted to announce that The Kensington Building, our brand new 95,000 sq ft office and retail development with Janson Urban on Kensington High Street has been shortlisted for a World Architecture Festival Award.

Designed by architects Pilbrow & Partners, The Kensington Building was the former site of the department store Pontings, which has been transformed into a mixed-use development that delivers 95,000 sq ft of BREEAM Excellent and WELL Standard Gold workspace and 34,000 sq ft of retail space. The people-centred design also incorporates around 12,300 sq ft of terraces, promoting bio-diversity and enhancing everyday wellbeing and work-life quality. The World Architecture Festival (WAF) is the world’s largest festival and live awards competition, dedicated to celebrating and sharing architectural excellence from around the world. The Kensington Building will be presented to the judges by Pilbrow & Partners at the event taking place this November in Lisbon, Portugal. Congratulations to all the team and very best of luck!
