Author: AshbyCapital |

Investment manager Rathbones and multinational risk management firm Willis Towers Watson are the latest two tenants to sign at AshbyCapital’s The Colmore Building in Birmingham.

Willis Towers Watson has let 11,500 sq ft on the second floor at the 310,000 sq ft grade A office in Birmingham’s business district while Rathbones has taken 4,666 sq ft of third-floor space.

The latest lettings leave just 52,948 sq ft available across the sixth and seventh floors of the building which has a ‘platinum’ WiredScore connectivity rating and recently underwent a £3.5m refurbishment programme.

Rathbones and Willis Towers Watson join existing tenants Vodafone, Allianz, Investec, 3PB Barristers, Grant Thornton and Hogan Lovells, and a new 1,000 sq ft café branded &More Coffee House.

The increasing number of global companies choosing to base themselves in Birmingham is a huge vote of confidence for the city, which is already one of the UK’s most attractive places in which to live and work and is becoming all the more appealing thanks to a number of regeneration projects and infrastructure improvements. Willis Towers Watson and Rathbones are fantastic additions to The Colmore Building’s diverse roster of businesses.
